Alumni Residence Hall
Letter Project

The beginning of the school year can be one of the hardest times for undergraduate students. Transitioning from home life to dorm life can be challenging, especially for first-year students.

You can help make this transition as smooth as possible by writing a letter to a new or returning Cornerstone University student. By ensuring that each residential student receives a letter from an alumnus, you welcome students into the CU community and help them build professional connections in the corporate world.

Write a Letter to a Cornerstone Student

We are now accepting letters from alumni to our current and future students for the 2023-24 academic year. These letters will be placed in each dorm and apartment room at the beginning of the school year for each student living on campus. Feel free to include stories from your days at Cornerstone or memories you had from the dorm or other areas of campus. Students will also benefit from your encouragement and words of wisdom as they navigate the same lessons you learned while here or perhaps since. We would love to have you help welcome our students to the CU community. Letters are due July 31, 2024.
