At Cornerstone Theological Seminary (formerly Grand Rapids Theological Seminary), we place a high value on spiritual formation and seek to grow as followers of Jesus Christ. To this end, we welcome all our students into an intentional community through programs and events designed to create unity and robust discussion of Scripture, ministry and our callings.
Beyond the classroom, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to learn and grow as a Christ follower at CTS. This includes spiritual formation, workshops and annual conferences.
Serving
The Ministry Residency program at CTS prepares you for your lifelong vocation as a pastor or ministry leader. Through this program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a church or context of your choosing.
You won’t just receive head knowledge at CTS—you’ll gain heart knowledge, too. Guided by your expert faculty and experienced peers, your leadership skills and character will be formed each and every day.
CTS students have the opportunity to enhance their learning by traveling to Israel, Palestine and Jordan. This trip allows you to see the places Jesus saw and walk where He walked.
