Computer Science, Engineering & Mathematics Division

Innovation is happening every day—from discoveries in nanotechnology to research conducted on space stations. What if you could be there when it happens? The Computer Science, Engineering & Mathematics Division at Cornerstone University prepares you to take on technology that will change the future. Through rigorous academics that challenge you and Christ-centered curriculum that grounds you, you can launch into a career that impacts the world of today and the landscape of tomorrow through the lens of advancing God’s kingdom.

Calen Klopfenstein (B.S. ’19):
An Answer to Prayer

When Calen Klopfenstein (B.S. ’19) first visited Cornerstone University’s campus, a staff member kept telling her “when you come here” instead of “if you come here” as other colleges had. To Calen, that was an answer to her prayer. She had prayed for God to lead her to the right college, and He did. Her decision to attend Cornerstone led her to be challenged both academically and spiritually. The problem-solving abilities she developed during her rigorous course work proved valuable when she landed an internship at Gentex, where she still works as a process engineer. That discernment also helped her answer her own questions about her faith and grow closer to the LORD.
